I am a condo owner and the HOA dictated that all windows needed replacement. I chose Florida Engineered Glass as they seemed the most helpful plus they were willing to negotiate. Gilbert, the sales guy was great. He did all the communication with the HOA to make my interface transparent. Courteous, good job, on time and to specification. All good.
From the very start we were impressed with the customer service provided. Their sales guy Eddy came by to take measurements and provided us with lots of information we had not even considered. An estimate was provided the following day which came as a surprise since we had 2 other companies come by before Florida Engineered Glass and still had not provided an estimate. Their quote was simple and to the point. Everything was included. The installers were very nice and professional. On the bigger openings in our home they made a containment from the floor to ceiling to reduce debris, we thought that was pretty cool and helpful. Overall, everything went as planned and discussed.
